These designs cannot be duplicated because of the rarity of the abalone shell and in some cases the beads used in the design. They are unique in the world.
Our collection was discovered by The Smithsonian Institution and featured at the Smithsonian American Art Museum Renwick Gallery in Washington, D.C.

Abalone Bar with Turquoise, Bone and Sterling Saucers
The abalone shell in this necklace is a prime example of the “pearlescent” color present in abaloneshells. It is a lustrous creamy, beige color with iridescent highlights. Both the bar and the pendant are 1/8 inch thick! Substantial.
Other elements include natural Turquoise, smooth off-white bone, quartz crystal and high quality bright Sterling Silver saucers that are 5/8 inch in diameter.
Length adjusts from 18 inches to 19 inches. (45.7 cm to 48.3 cm)
